PERSONALISED NAME NECKLACES

Secretary925 name necklaces are superbly crafted, designed and made-to-order especially for you in solid sterling silver. They are not "stamped" pendants. 

Please allow 14 - 21 days before your order is shipped. I cannot start work on your name necklace until I have received your payment in full.

Should you need your pendant sooner, or have any further questions you are welcome to send me a message.

PAYMENT

I accept payments via PayPal. PayPal supports purchases using your credit or debit card without an account.

Please pay within 24 hours after your order. If you can not make the payment within 24 hours please send me a message. If I do not hear from you I will cancel the order. I will not start to make your pendant until I receive payment in full.

SHIPPING

All pendants will be shipped via Australia Post.

REFUNDS

PERSONALISED NAME TAGS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED

Letter pendants and bunting flags are also made to order, and I will consider each request to return an item individually. If I do accept your request to return an item, it must be shipped via insured registered mail within 7 days.

All returns must be unworn and in original condition and packaging. Shipping, handling, and insurance fees are nonrefundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Returns sent without notice will not be accepted.
